At CEYMOB LLC, we want you to be satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we process refunds for our paid SaaS products, including EvalMob.
1. Subscription Plans
Our services are offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). When you subscribe, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the billing period selected.
2. Free Trial
Where available, we offer a free tier or trial period. We encourage you to evaluate the service before committing to a paid plan. No payment information is required for free-tier access.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@ceymob.com. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of the current billing period.
4. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Within 14 days of first purchase: If you are not satisfied with your initial subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. This applies to first-time subscribers only.
- Service outage: If our platform experiences extended downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours) that materially impacts your use, you may be eligible for a prorated refund or service credit.
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charges, wrong plan amount), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions beyond the 14-day initial refund window
- Partial billing periods after cancellation
- Account suspensions due to violation of our Terms of Service
- One-time purchases or add-on services, unless otherwise stated
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The date and amount of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
7. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund if canceled within 30 days of the annual renewal date. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the annual term, but your access will continue until the end of the paid period.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
